"Small details that create a great experience"
The design thinking behind the 12 villas project in Koh Samui was built around
several main principles: a unique combination of nature, luxury and privacy, while
maintaining a modern and clean approach to design.

Creating a sense of harmony with nature, modern simplicity and functional design
Koh Samui, especially in the Lamai area, is a lush natural place with spectacular
tropical landscapes. Therefore, the first goal of the project was to create villas that
blend harmoniously with the environment, by using natural materials such as wood
and stone in the exterior design, along with large windows that allow the view to
enter the interior. The connection to the natural landscape is also expressed in the
planning of private swimming pools with direct access from the residential areas.
Each villa in the project was designed in clean and elegant lines, combining
modernization and functionality. The use of gray, light wood and black tones
creates a sense of luxury without sacrificing simplicity and design cleanliness. The
interior is carefully designed to illustrate to the customer with luxurious materials
such as marble and soft textiles, which give each space a sense of calm and
elegance.
The villas have been designed to meet the needs of investors and families wishing
to live in the Lamai area. Each unit includes several spacious bedrooms, luxury
suites, and wide public spaces that can be used for both recreation and investment
in short/long-term vacation rentals. The functional design emphasizes flexibility,
which allows customization to diverse needs, while maintaining a classic and
inviting design.
Triangle roofs – inspired by Thai tradition
One of the most striking elements of the 12-villa project is the triangular roof, which
was inspired by the traditional Thai pagoda. The design of these roofs represents
respect for the local tradition and expresses the combination of rich Thai
architecture and modern and minimalist design.

The Thai Pagoda, known for its sloping and rounded roof structure, is a direct
source of inspiration for the design of the triangle roof in the project. While
traditional pagodas tend to be detailed and richly decorated, this project adopted
the principle of clear and clean lines, which give a sense of height, airiness and
elegance. This design allows each villa to connect to the natural landscape, with an
emphasis on open spaces that bring nature into the home.
Combining local aesthetics with modern functionality.
The choice of the triangular roof not only adds an aesthetic touch that integrates
the local culture, but is also intended to provide a functional solution for natural
shading and protection from tropical weather conditions. This combination creates
a durable and pleasant residential structure, which maintains contemporary design
lines while maintaining a clear local identity.

The project represents a perfect combination of luxury architectural design and
functionality, and the combination with the tropical surroundings of Koh Samui.
Each villa in the project has been designed to provide investors and families with
the ultimate experience of living on a luxury tropical island, with maximum comfort
and access to modern amenities and attention to detail that makes it stand out
